PRIVATE PARTY DEPOSIT INFORMATION
DEPOSITS TO HOLD YOUR EVENT
THE DEPOSIT: All private parties require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your date upon booking your event. This holds your date and allows us to start customizing your party!
ADITIONAL FEES: A new policy was introduced in 2023 where private parties also require an additional *refundable deposit of $50.00. This payment will be returned to the host as long as there are no damages to the property or large messes for the staff to clean (*return of this deposit is subject to the discretion of the owner). If there are no issues warranting the deposit be kept, the deposit will be returned or added to your remaining balance, whatever you decide! *Please note, this policy was introduced after a few rare but unfortunate events that damaged our facilities.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: We understand that life happen and events need to be moved. The Frenchtown Roller Rink allows for one complimentary change of your event date (reason does not need to be provided) before having to place a new deposit down.
CANCELATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your party and do not wish to reschedule there will be no refund of your $100.00 deposit. However, the additional hold fee of $50.00 will be returned.
